Join us for an evening centered around the modulation of voices:
We welcome Abdullah Miniawy to the Zwingli Church, a listed cultural venue in the heart of the Rudolfkiez district, nestled between the S-Bahn and the Spree. This special location, known for its intense reverb, offers a unique acoustic backdrop that will highlight the work of this night’s artists in the most fitting way.
Abdullah Miniawy is an Egyptian expressionist, writer, singer, composer, 3D generalist (programmer), and actor — for some of us, one of the most inspiring artists of recent times. He effortlessly shifts moods, moving from monumental heaviness to peaceful lightness and joyful realms in a matter of moments, all while maintaining a consistent thread and transporting a unique atmosphere. His musical style floats freely between genres and aesthetics with each new record. At our concert, he will present his latest work in a trio formation, accompanied by two trombonists who delivered a mind-blowing performance at this year’s CTM Festival.
Experimenting with sadcore melodies and grunge-tinged performances, French-Palestinian vocalist Maï seeks an atmospheric and contrasted sound experience: rough and delicate, noisy

Experimenting with sadcore melodies and grunge-tinged performances, French-Palestinian vocalist Maï seeks an atmospheric and contrasted sound experience: rough and delicate, noisy and mystical. All carried by her vocals, which she uses as her first and main instrument along her own compositions.
