You will always receive your ticket digitally and can download it via your account or access it in the app. If your home address is in Switzerland, Germany, Liechtenstein, the EU or the UK, you can also have your tickets delivered by post.
Postal delivery usually takes 3-10 days and can only be booked if the event is far enough in the future.
