I have created an event, but it does not appear online. What is the reason?

Have you already published your event? If so, please check whether the visibility of your event is set up correctly. To check this, log in with your organiser account and edit the desired event. Now go to the «Visibility, display» section under «Event». There you can edit the visibility for your event.

If you have entered everything correctly, but your event is still not in the event listing, please contact our support team.
