What is Webling and how do I integrate my Eventfrog events into the member portal?

Webling is a association management software that allows you to centrally organise members, fees, and communication. Part of this is a member portal, which is used as an internal platform for members.

If you organise events with Eventfrog, you can display them directly in the member portal of Webling. This way, your members can see all upcoming events at a glance and book tickets directly there – without having to switch platforms.

How the integration works

The integration is done using the embedding functions provided by Eventfrog. You can display individual events, a group of events, or your entire event calendar within Webling.

1. Create an event on Eventfrog

Create your event or a group of events as usual in the Eventfrog cockpit.

→ To the guide: Create an event

2. Generate an embed link

In the «Embed» section, you’ll find various options:

  • Individual events
  • Group view
  • Entire calendar
  • Event submission form (for members who should be able to submit their own events)

Select the appropriate option and copy the displayed URL or iFrame code. For Webling, only the URL is usually required – not the full code.

3. Insert the link into the Webling member portal

In Webling, you can create a new page in the member portal via the admin area. There, select the «Embed page» option and paste the previously copied URL.
Your event overview will then automatically be displayed in the member area.
